A high end residential project, designed for an extended family with individual 5000 Sq. Ft apartments in each floor for one family. The individual apartments are designed to feel like a villa, with terraces and landscape elements positioned, to establish a connection with the outdoors.
A terrace with partial double height alternates between floors to provide visual interaction between levels. The planning and façade vocabulary, allow cross ventilation and ensure the east and west walls are shaded to minimize heat gain.
